Details
  • CVE-2026-14670: PL/Perl: harden against "tied" Perl arrays and hashes in plperl and hstore_plperl
  • CVE-2026-14680: reject SQL-level calls to functions taking or returning "internal", and return nulls honestly in numeric aggregate combine functions
  • CVE-2026-16239: cross-check the tuple descriptor of a portal running EXECUTE or FETCH
  • CVE-2026-19385: pg_dump: avoid assuming how long pg_proc.protrftypes is
  • keep the leading Release at 3 (introduced in els3) so this build continues to outrank RHEL's postgresql:13 module rebuild 13.23-3.module+el8.10.0+24363+8e5fd2e3
