Memory leak in the virtiogpusetscanout function in hw/display/virtio-gpu.c in QEMU (aka Quick Emulator) allows local guest OS users to cause a denial of service (memory consumption) via a large number of "VIRTIOGPUCMDSET_SCANOUT:" commands.
