- amtool: Fixes the error scheme required for webhook url when using amtool with --alertmanager.url.
- Mixin: Fixed AlertmanagerFailedToSendAlerts, AlertmanagerClusterFailedToSendAlerts, and AlertmanagerClusterFailedToSendAlerts to make sure they ignore the reason label.
